Villa Sull Oceano is a newly built 4 bedroom / 4.5 bath Italian
style Villa with an open air Caribbean feel that will completely
captivate you. The unique custom design boast a huge 20'x40' main
salon, and over 1,000 square feet of shaded patio, as well as a second
level sundeck for working on your tan.
If the 30 steps to the
ocean are to far for you, take a swim in your private fresh water
swimming pool that includes four submerged bar stools directly adjacent
to the outdoor kitchen, so your cold refreshments are readily
available. Rinse off in the outdoor shower and take a walk down the
beach to "Castaways" beach restaurant for a bit of atmosphere and
perhaps a Pina Colada.
The Villa is situated directly on the white sand beach of the private and quite gated community of Jolly Harbour, so you will have all the privacy you need to entertain yourself and your guests in this 4,000 square foot masterpiece of a home.
The entire back wall opens up to the covered lanai which has 5 ceiling fans to help blow those warm trade winds throughout the patio and onto the daybed for your afternoon siesta. If sports is your thing, you can play right on the ocean with jetski, catamaran, and kayak rentals located right down the beach, or if you prefer watching, the main salon boast a 63 inch plasma for the Football games.

We had a fabulous trip. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay at your house as well as the island in general.
The television and internet issues did not cause major problems. Our main issue was that our cell phones were not operating and we had been assured by Verizon prior to leaving that they would work. That was the main reason we needed the internet so we could access email to stay in touch with customers, etc. But in the end all worked out and everything was great!

My kids really loved it. The house is absolutely beautiful and the beach is perfect right outside the back door. What a relaxing trip for my husband and I, it was peaceful and fun at the same time.
